Above All Care Services established in November 2024 in Tampa, Florida by Kenitra Vaughn, RN, with a heartfelt mission to provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized non-medical home health care to individuals and families throughout our community.
We are a non-medical home health care agency proudly serving the Central Florida area. With over 17 years of nursing experience and a deep understanding of the challenges clients face when aging or managing disabilities, Ms. Vaughn recognized the need for quality care that focuses not just on physical support, but also dignity, respect and emotional well-being.

Our Agency is committed to providing high quality, client-centered and affordable Home Health Care services to its clients to assist them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes. Leadership
Above All Care Services was founded by Kenitra Vaughn, RN, whose healthcare journey began in 2005 and has spanned nearly two decades across multiple areas of care, including medical-surgical, telemetry, mental health, geriatrics, case management, and home health. Her broad clinical background brings a higher standard of insight, structure, and oversight to a non-skilled care setting. This professional foundation helps ensure that Above All Care operates with strong clinical awareness, quality-focused systems, and a deep understanding of what families truly need from a care partner. Today, Above All Care LLC reflects that vision. A Tampa-based agency built on experience, compassion, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
