Above All Care Services established in November 2024 in Tampa, Florida by Kenitra Vaughn, RN, with a heartfelt mission to provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized non-medical home health care to individuals and families throughout our community.
We are a non-medical home health care agency proudly serving the Central Florida area. With over 17 years of nursing experience and a deep understanding of the challenges clients face when aging or managing disabilities, Ms. Vaughn recognized the need for quality care that focuses not just on physical support, but also dignity, respect and emotional well-being.

Our Agency is committed to providing high quality, client-centered and affordable Home Health Care services to its clients to assist them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
